ProfitSharks offers easy connectivity with your Binance exchange. Just go to My Account and connect the exchanges API. Remember, we only need READ ACCESS

The  www.profitsharks.com website (the "Site") is an automated trading journal which aims to help traders analyze and improve their performance by automatically fetching and processing data from the users ' Binance ( www.binance.com) account. The Site belongs to and is operated by ProfitSharks service. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

2.1. Privacy

Your use of ProfitSharks is subject to ProfitSharks service Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

However, any data exported from the Site, such as a user's trade history, is for information purposes only and should not be considered an official or legal document. ProfitSharks reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with ProfitSharks service in asserting any available defenses.

2.8. Termination/Access Restriction

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

ProfitSharks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2.9. Changes to Terms of Service

ProfitSharks service reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the Site is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. ProfitSharks service encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.

The use of any ProfitSharks service product or service indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to obtain access to the website version with the purchase of a subscription.

3.1. Types of subscriptions

Currently ProfitSharks service offers the following price packages based on features comparison:

• Basic - 1 API key for $5 monthly
• Standard - 3 API keys for $10 monthly
• Professional - 10 API keys for $20 monthly
• Supervisor - 100 API keys for $100 monthly

At this stage a three months ProfitSharks service trial period is available, therefore you could benefit from the offer using the service for three months on a free basis. During the trial period you would be granted access to all functionality available according to the ProfitSharks price package you have picked up.

3.2. Types of payment accepted and the billing process

Currently we accept payments via PayPal. Whether you decide to keep the service upon trial completion, you should sign up for any of our recurring paid subscription plans, hence you will be billed every calendar month from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.
